About me
I am a research scientist at Aural & Language Intelligence Department, I2R, A*STAR.
Before joing A*STAR, I was a research fellow at National University of Singapore (NUS) working with Prof. Haizhou Li from 2021-2023.
I received my Ph.D. degree from University of Southern California (USC) supervised by Prof. C.-C. Jay Kuo in 2021.
My bachelor's degree is obtained from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC) in 2017.
News
Dec. 2023: SeaEval Evaluation is live for multilingual foundation model evaluation with consideration on cross-lingual consistency and cultural understanding. New datasets as well.
Oct. 2023: Our paper on Instructive Dialogue Summarization is accepted to EMNLP 2023.
May, 2023: We have three papers going to present at ACL 2023. 2 in main conference, 1 in workshop.
March, 2023: I will be serving as the Publication Chair for EMNLP 2023, hosting in Singapore!
Nov. 08, 2022: Our paper on word embedding won the APSIPA Sadaoki Furui Prize Paper Award. It is one of my earliest work in my PhD study. Reaching to 300 citations now!
Oct. 20, 2022: Two papers accepted to EMNLP 2022.
